I have been working out for over 20 years and have
experienced a number of personal trainers.
It has been a great pleasure to work out under the
guidance of personal trainer, Kelly. I have been training with Kelly for
over a year, her knowledge still amazes me. Her commitment and
motivation in executing exercises using correct technique, speed and
frequency in order to obtain maximum beneficial results is outstanding,
not surpassed by any other trainer.
Kelly evaluates each individual, establishes their
requirement and aims to balance weight and aerobic training. The weight
program targets overdeveloped or underdeveloped areas to obtain an
overall balanced appearance.
A nutritious food plan is prepared again based on the
individual and taking into account the intensity of training performed.
After less than a year I have toned up and dropped one dress size. I am
conscience of what I eat although I still enjoy my wine and chocolate. I
look forwards to my training sessions with Kelly and hope to have many
more.

Margaret O’Connell and I am 46 years of age
I
have always enjoyed keeping fit aerobics, running and swimming. However
once I reached 40 found I had 38% body fat and everything seems to be
heading south. My body didn’t reflect how much energy I had put in to
looking after it.
I decided I needed
another approach and began my search for a personal trainer. I tried a
few; however none seemed to have the answers I was looking for. Then I
found Kelly! Wow what a dynamo! Not only did she have energy to motivate
me, but also her knowledge of aerobic fitness, muscle development and
diet was exactly what I was looking for.
I trained with
Kelly for 3 years I am 60cm tall and have a small frame. When I started
training with Kelly I weighed 62kg with 38% body fat, Kelly’s detail to
good form whilst doing exercise followed with healthy diet advice took
me to 50 kilos and 15% body fat and looking good enough to compete in a
body shaping competition.
The best thing
about training with Kelly is that when I’m training today I still hear
the power in Kelly’s voice motivating me and reminding me to maintain
good form! She has provided me with the knowledge to maintain a great
looking body into my old age!

As a Radio Announcer ( fancy word
for Disc Jockey ) I spent my working days sitting around listening to
songs. Sure, I know I played more air drums than most, but in terms of
Calorie burn - that doesn’t really mean much does it! So I
was lying on the couch one summer afternoon ( the perfect place to be of
course!!! ), feeling like “ Mr. Fat Bastard” and decided to find out
what is was all about!
A friend recommended Kelly, I had
no idea what any of this was about, within a week, she had turned me
around in my Outlook and Attitude ( and body improvement as well!)
She gave me the reason and understanding of why we do what we do and
when and how we do it! Armed with that, I am, to this day, able to
continue training and able to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a smile on my face ( Ok – not every
time!)
As a Trainer she impresses me with
her skill, determination and ability to pass
all that information on to me, and now she has her very own gym, I know that even if we
are not doing a Personal Training session as such, I know that she will
be keeping an eye on me, and that is always a good thing….isn’t it???Apart from that, she is a spectacular trainer who really does
care about the people she is training.

After returning to
Melbourne from Perth 8 years ago I soon realized that I needed to find a
trainer before work demands bogged me down. After a bit of research I
discovered Kelly and what a revelation she has been.
Kelly has taught me
so much about the importance of diet and technique during training to
truly achieve the optimal results I require. It has been life
transforming in that it has given me extra energy and vitality to use in
the areas that really matter with my work and family.
Now, with her CD’s I
have that last missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle. With all the travel

You
would think that if you are working out and working hard for a great and
healthy looking body, you would get a little more motivation,
encouragement, advice and personal contact from the personal trainers
and fitness instructors at your gym.
Instead of the ripped body I am working hard for, I am getting ripped
off!
One of the problems with going to a
larger gym is that you don’t get what you pay for. It’s expensive and no
one has time for you.

assists you in meeting like minded people who share similar health and
fitness goals.
AND the results are amazing. My body
has completely changed in just 12 weeks! I am stronger, fitter,
healthier, energetic and am feeling better than ever!
The ethics, atmosphere and approach at
CRUNCH are undoubtedly professional and most rewarding. I feel good and
my body is thanking me for it!

began training with Kelly Stephenson in 1993 I was not very fit, had no
strength and no muscles. Kelly has turned my life around. Over time
Kelly has adapted my program to work on the weak areas but at the same
time developing core strength.
Kelly genuinely
cares about me and my well being and always gives 110% effort.
Kelly has taught me
about the importance of eating well which is now so easy for me thanks
to her vast knowledge of the body and how food breaks down. Not only
have I gained strength, tome and flexibility I have a totally different
