Tanya Hanouch - Age 29:

Tanya has
spent the last couple of years supporting her partner in
her quest to get fit and become a triathlete. During which
time Tanya has gained weight, lost motivation,
and her dream of competing in a physique competition was
still only a dream until she saw an advertisement for
crunch the kilo’s 12 week fitness program. Tanya’s first goal
was to
run in the City to Surf in Sydney on the13th August 2007 and her second goal is to compete in a natural
figures competition in 2008.

Jason Simon -
Age 33: Height 175cm
Jason was
once fit he was a regular at the gym and participating in
group activities in playing sport. Sadly Jason lost three
of his family members all quite suddenly and very
unexpected, there deaths have had an adverse effect on his
lifestyle. His diet got out of control, his drinking has
increased considerably and the gym visits become non
extinct. Jason wants to lead a healthier lifestyle again
and to be consistent with exercise get off the gin and
tonics every night oh and the wine as well and to be happy
with life again.
Jason will
be focusing on establishing a routine around good eating,
gaining the knowledge on how to get the best out of your
training without overtraining. Also learn how you can
manage the hardships in life when you maintain a healthy
eating and exercise regime within the 12 week program.

Danni Crowe - Age 32:

Danni had a knee injury
over 1.5 years ago and since then has put on a lot of
weight Danni had a knee reconstruction in January 2007 and
since has found it difficult to get back on her feet.
Danni is the organizer of the melbourne mardi gras group
and is in contact with many people and would love to get
back into in shape so that she can show others how it is
possible after injuries & surgery.

A True Story that will
Inspire You!
Hi
my name is Kelly Stephenson
owner of Crunch health&fitness & Personal Trainer for 25 years I would
like to share with you a true story about one of my clients who's name I
have changed for privacy reasons, who in just 12 weeks changed his life
forever.
John
aged
55 had been retrenched from his position as the head CEO of a major corporate company in
Melbourne, 40kg overweight, poor posture, stomach hanging over pants, divorced, living on his own, 3 children who only come over once a
fortnight sometimes only once a month (teenagers they were), not much of
a social life except for the odd night at a local hotel. He isolated
himself away in his home with a computer, books and some weeks he would only
go out for the essentials food and beverages.
John
had been told about myself and was given my number. After 2 months of
deliberation John finally had enough courage to make the first step;
he rang me! In 5 mins I had booked him in the next day for a personal
assessment and program start. At the assessment I made a pact with him,
that for 12 weeks he would make a commitment to me and himself that he
would follow all instructions given 100% to have no doubts, to trust me
implicitly in all matters regarding exercise and nutrition. A simple
equation to follow and to see me 3 individual sessions per week.
The
conclusion to this story is "yes" he did honour his commitment he lost
24kg, increased muscle mass, lost
16% fat, his stomach was nearly flat, back
was straighter, he started to visit his children again, had applied for many
jobs and on the 14 week he was employed by a corporate company as the
financial manager with 60 employees under him, with a very comfortable
income package. Over the next year he fell in love again within 2 years
re-married is still working at the same job and looks like he is 49 years of age.
He is still personal
training and says he will forever.
I
could tell you about so many more of these stories but
I keep being told not to write to much on the web site because people
don't read it and to much information can confuse them. So I will
finish up except for this one last thing I must mention when I was
young at school I was told this by one of my teachers and it has
stayed with me
"Knowledge
is what we gain from our experiences, Wisdom is what we gain from
someone else's experiences."
It never struck me how powerful a message
that is until I really started to pursue my own personal fitness goals.
Fitness is like any other form of education. You can take the harder
road and try to learn it all yourself, or you can take the easier road
and seek out a teacher. Someone who's been there before.
I'm not saying you can't get to where you
want to go without a personal trainer, cause every day, people achieve
their fitness goals.
Unfortunately, in the reality of the
world we live in most fail, not because they don't make a effort, but
rather their efforts are misdirected by the bad information provided in
the popular media.
I find it fascinating that in every
aspect of our lives, the impact of one person can make a tremendous
difference. That person is typically a leader, a teacher, a boss or a
coach. The success of your personal health&fitness is no different, if
you have tried and failed more than twice at the same task, you need to
get some help and guidance.
Don't just say that you tried, say that
you did it!
