A Member’s photo is attached to their personal profile and its primary use is to identify the Member within the facility. There is constant closed-circuit video surveillance (CCTV) within the premises for the purpose of safety and protection of the members, guests, staff, equipment and facilities. Video footage may be reviewed and recorded by staff if required to address safety concerns. Member’s photos and/or video footage of members or guests will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect the rights or property of Crunch, or any member of the public, or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety.
